Vietnam Airlines reduces fares to Asian
countries

- Vietnam Airlines reduces fares to Asian countries
Vietnam
Airlines has said, from February 22, 2006 it would
reduce 30-40% of its air fare price to routes
from Vietnam to other Asian countries. The most
reduction is for Hanoi
- Singapore route, which costs a passenger only
US $60 for a one-way ticket.
A return ticket from Ho Chi Minh
City to Nagoya, Fukuoka of Japan is down to US
$738 a passenger; US $368 from Ho Chi Minh City
to Taipei and Kaohsiung; and US $318 from Ho Chi
Minh City to Hong Kong.
One return ticket for air routes
from Ho Chi Minh City to Malaysia and Bangkok
of Thailand is now US $168 a passenger (a reduction
of 50%). Business class fare from Ho Chi Minh
City to Bangkok is now US $278.
