The
gateways into Vietnam's culture, traditions and
nature!
Most visitors to Vietnam are
overwhelmed by the sublime beauty of the country's
natural setting: the Red River Delta in the north,
the Mekong Delta in the south and almost the entire
coastal strip are a patchwork of brilliant green
rice paddies tended by women in conical hats.
There are some divine beaches
along the coast, while inland there are soaring
mountains, some of which are cloaked by dense,
misty forests. Vietnam also offers an opportunity
to see a country of traditional charm and rare
beauty rapidly opening up to the outside world.

Dishes - Unique to Asia and the World
Like no others, Vietnamese food
is quite unique. It’s even quite different
from China even though we had long time under
the chinese domination. Overall it’s a blend
of Malay, Indian, French and influences and incorporates
baguettes and pate from France; and curries and
chilies from India. »» |
| The
Ao Dai - Vietnamese long dress
More like together with the conical
hat, the Ao Dai is the most recognizable traditional
dress seen in Vietnam, and though western style
clothes are popular, this beautifully styled outfit
is still actively worn throughout the country
during Vietnam festivals, holidays, at work, to
weddings, and other national celebrations. »» |

over Vietnam have produced special handmade crafts
and products that are used for daily life, holidays
like Tet (Vietnamese New Year) or other celebrations.
Sometimes the production of these beautiful objects
can absorb the attention of everyone in the village.

| National
park and Natural Reserves in Vietnam
Not yet popular by tourism and
travelers, Vietnam’s 30 national parks make
a relaxing place to spend a few days; almost all
offer some kind of accommodation (though sometimes
rather basic) so paying a visit isn’t that
difficult. »» |
